What to do first?
To use Flow to it's full potential we would recommend connecting your following business accounts:
Your Google/Outlook Calendar
If you plan to use a booking calendar you can link it to your own so clients can only book when you are available.
Your Social Media Accounts
Linking your social media accounts allows you to receive messages from these through Flow, as well as using the Social Media Scheduler
Your Google business profile
By linking your Google Business Profile you can track online reviews and use automations to help request them from your customers.
Your stripe account
Your Stripe account is used whenever you want to take online payments through Flow.
To connect your accounts please go to Settings at the bottom of your left hand task bar, then go to Integrations. This will open a page to connect all of your accounts.
Book your onboarding call
Unlike most software subsriptions, all Flow account holders also get a bookable monthly call with us included with your subscription. This allows us to answer any questions you have and helps you to best use Flow to power your business. Use the link below to book your call. Even if you only need the first one we recommend this to all new users.

Once you've connected your accounts, you can start adding contacts, creating email marketing & social media campaigns, or even setting automations!
A lot of the way Flow works is quite intuative, but if you need help then please visit the knowledge base for instructions on how to use all of the features on offer.
Start Your Website
If you have ordered a website build with your Flow package, we will be building your site for you. You will have received an email with instructions on the information we need to get started but you can also find the form to complete below.
To upload your images for your website please use the media storage on the left hand task-bar, and place them within the website folder.

How do i...?
As Flow can do so much we recommend booking your onboarding call with us to take you through the features that will be most useful to you and your business! If you want some quick instructions on how to do something on the system then please visit the knowledge base.
What is/isn't included with Flow?
Your Flow account comes with access to all of the CRM, email marketing, social media, automations and website options as standard. Some elements such as AI integration and WhatsApp support come at additional costs set by the platform but these will be clearly stated if you click on them before taking any payment.
If you have not added any paid options to your account then the only additional charges will be from emails which are charged at the cost of roughly £0.0005 per message (around 2000 messages per £1 spend).
How Many Websites can I have with Flow?
Flow gives you access to a powerful website builder within the platform. There is no limit to the amount of websites or funnels you can have on your account, whatever you dream you can do!
We would recommend using our experienced design team to build your most important websites and funnels to ensure that they look professional and have the best user experience. You can contact the team at hello@filterfreeflow.com. But if you have any projects you want to set up yourself then all of the tools are here for you to do it!
How much does it cost to send marketing emails through Flow?
Emails sent from Flow operate on a pay as you go system that you 'top-up'. The charges for individual emails are low at roughly £0.0005 per email (around 2000 emails per £1 spend). This is usually much cheaper than paying for email software subscriptions separately.
What system does Flow run on?
Flow runs on a system called Go High Level, a powerful tool that allows us to build your account with your own website, automations and personalisations. Many guides related to how to do individual tasks on Go High Level will also work for your own account.
Can I connect A Business phone number to flow to send sms messages?
You can add a phone number to Flow to manage business texts and automation. This is a number purchased directly through the platform for a small fee (£1-2/month) and then you can use it to send SMS appointment reminders, review requests and marketing messages to your client list.
